Spirals recur in my paintings and drawings, as it seems to me this is how time "is".. why do I feel no different in the essence of me, than when I was 20, or 23, or 25, the ages of my children now.. To think of my life as a journey along a straight line is depressing at worst, and just simply doesn't make sense at best. On an energy spiral, I envision we can step across to an earlier part of the life~line, in dream, memory, imagination, discussion, truth. In any case, it's a fun way of drawing!
